Mild to moderate side effect has been observed such as redness swelling of skin face lip, shortness of breath, edema, pruritus, stomach bleeding

This drug is to be cautiously used in open wounds, cardiovascular disease, pregnancy and lactation.

It is contraindicated in patients allergic to drug, coronary artery bypass surgery.

Diclofenac 1.5% solution- Apply the 40 drops of solution in affected knee 4 times per day, Capsaicin 0.025% cream – apply topically in affected area 3 to 4 times per day
