Composition
Each 920 gm capsule contains 920 mg ozanimod equivalent to 1 mg ozanimod hydrochloride.
Indications
This drug is indicated in patients with ulcerative colitis and multiple sclerosis
Side effects
Mild to moderate side effect has been observed such as urinary tract infection, decrease in white blood cell, blurred vision
Precautions
This drug is to be cautiously used in patients with heart attack, a history of chicken fox, fever, and swollen glands.
Contraindications
This drug is contraindicated in patients with heart disease, a patient using MAO inhibitors, and allergic reaction
Dosage and administration
For ulcerative colitis and multiple sclerosis; Day 1- 0.23 mg tablet to be given orally once a day, Day 5- 0.46 mg tablet to be given orally once a day, Day 8- 0.92 mg tablet to be given orally once a day
