Composition
Each mL contains Nalbuphine hydrochloride dehydrate 10 mg water for injection I.P
Indications
It is indicated for preoperative and postoperative analgesia and obstetrical analgesia during labor and delivery
Side effects
Mild to moderate side effect has been observed such as dry mouth, increase heart rate, indigestion, asthma, difficulty in urination.
Precautions
This drug is to be cautiously used in patients with breathing problems, high blood pressure, heart attack, kidney disease, seizure pregnancy and breast feeding
Contraindications
This drug is to be cautiously used in patients with hypersensitivity
Dosage and administration
In adult usual dose consists of 10 mg to be administrated IV /IM/SC.
