Composition
Each single dose tablet available in 500 mg Diflunisal contain 500 mg diflunisal USP with other excipients accordingly
Indications
It is indicated in pain cause due to osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis
Side effects
Mild to moderate side effect has been observed such as drowsiness, rash ringing in the ear, diarrhea, headache
Precautions
This medication is to be cautiously used in patients with high blood pressure, blood disorder, diabetes, kidney and liver disease, pregnancy and lactation
Contraindications
This drug is contraindicated in patients with Asthma, allergic reaction, pregnancy and hypersensitivity
Dosage and administration
In adult usual dose consist of tablet of 1000 mg to be given orally with food.
