Composition
It contain active ingredients methyl salicylate 20% menthol 5% capsaicin 0.025% lidocaine 4% with inactive ingredients
Indications
Combination of this medication is indicated in pain due to muscular strain, arthritis, back pain
Side effects
Mild to moderate side effect has been observed such as headache, increased heart beat, swelling of face, lip and tongue
Precautions
This medication is to be cautiously used in patients with glucose -6 phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency, blood disorder, heart problem, pregnancy and lactation
Contraindications
It is contraindicated in patients allergic to Aspirin and sulfa drug.
Dosage and administration
Apply Capsaicin/lidocaine/menthol/methyl salicylate 0.025%-2.5%- 10% 25% topically 4 times daily
